I take my hat off to you both and wish you the best of luck. I know what you are going to go through as I hear it when I am at work. However I am sure that you will find a suitable motorised petroleum powered vehicle that will take you there.
Have you tried the “Jalopy Corner” in the local rags?????
The motor vehicle is great just as you are. Sources tell me that a national paper is interested in your adventure. This to me means that you may have the ultimate glory of a local, and possible national television plug, should the oportunity arise?
Keep up the good work and Andy remember this…………………………………………………………………………………………….You will miss the BALTI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So far so good boys, nice to hear your both still alive. If you happen to get lost in the western sahara, head north east for a 1000 miles or so towards the thick black cloud. Underneath it is Hassi Messaoud where you can find a warm welcome, a cold beer and a future of respiratory problems due to the almost constant flaring of surrounding rigs. I’ll be here till 11th Feb.
Good luck, Dave
