Following the fantastic news of the 3D Heart Scanner appeal reaching its target so soon Andy has been able to organise another worthy cause to receive donations.
The flood gates are now open to donate to the Macmillan Cancer Support trust.
Macmillan provide practical, medical, emotional and financial help and support to persons diagnosed with cancer aswell as their loved ones who also need support just as much as the sufferer. We all know someone who has been affected by cancer, so my message is simple, lets help together.
Aswell as clicking on the above link to donate, you could contact us at Dusty Crusties HQ and make a pledge on our sponsorship forms for the Derbyshire cause.

15th Nov 07. An impotant update on the Derby 3D heart scanner.
Due to the generous donation received by the BHF from an anonymous Derby couple the 3D heart scanner appeal has reached it’s target and Derby can now have it’s own 3D scanner.
Team Dusty Crusties and the BHF would like to thank all of you who have donated to this appeal, £523 in total and assure you your money has gone to a good cause.
However, we now move on and direct our efforts to raise money for another appeal. There are several options available and full details will be placed here once finalised.

Bob,
They do not accept American Express, I will donate 50 lbs Sterling when I get off the rig.
Robert
That’s the spirit folks – my colleague Robert, from Canada, now residing in Thailand, is going to donate a whole 50lbs in sterling – either it’s in 2p coins or Robert is a very, very wealthy man.
More than likely it’s the fact that they don’t have £ signs on keyboards in SE Asia.
In any case, thanks for the donation!
Is the event annual, could you tell me who I have to contact with regard possible entry this year please
Adrian, this is an annual event and the Plymouth – Dakar website has details of this years routes and two new rotes. There is a link on the Challenge page.
I have emailed you personally to offer better communication.
Mr Dusty
